The fitness trends have changed with some creative innovations and improved trends. It was an age to introduce the self-created machine-like objects for proper exercise.

  • 70s: This age had set the trend of Jazzercise that is still applicable not as widely but specifically. It was a combination of jazz dance, yoga, ballet, and kickboxing. It was also the beginning of a choreographed exercise comprised of music.
  • The 80s: It had brought out the modification in the form of Aerobics that is another form of acquiring a fit lifestyle. This form aided in the jazzercise technique of high-intensity work, including less dance activity.
  • The 90s: It was the beginning of a workout revolution. A cyclist Johnny Goldberg has introduced indoor cycling and spinning classes for gaining fitness.

20th Century

the trend has changed in the modern period with the evolution of several techniques to gain a healthy lifestyle.

  • Fitness awareness programs
  • Nutritious diet plans

All the techniques make it approachable to get fit with ease.

2010’s and its trends

Today the availability of several health programs and guides to attain fitness has made it easy to be fit and active. At this age, we have modern techniques, machines, and nutritious meal plans that make it accessible to adopt a healthy lifestyle. A mixture of exercises to be fit like cardio, high-intensity workouts, aerobics, gym exercises, and much more.
